The ISTC (International Standard Textual Code) is starting to get some serious interest from different areas in the book supply-chain. BISG is having a seminar in New York on March 30th to discuss the use and implication of the ISTC. BIC and BISG have also released a discussion paper on the ISTC that is an excellent primer for the discussions to come.
